Ok friends, I'm going to need to hear from you... does orange juice work? It seems that my immune system has been shot. As you know it is my first year in the classroom and it seems that I literally am catching everything. I may actually be a sponge at this point. So blog friends... help a sista out! What suggestions do you have to get rid of all this sickness!
Take pre-natal vitamins. You can never start too soon especially if you know you want to have kids. I have been so healthy since I've been on pre-natals. And my hair and nails grow so fast and healthy!! They are awesome!! I take the Target brand, and they are cheap too!!
