Time to Smell the Roses

I am truly thankful for these simplistically perfect moments in time. Tonight we took time to smell the roses. We watched for bouncing bunnies. We enjoyed outdoor baby play. We colored in our coloring book. We watched daddy cook a delicious meal. We splish splashed in our bath and read a few stories together. Tonight you sang row row with me. As a mommy my heart is absolutely full. I pray I always take time to smell the roses. It's all about simple moments in time. I love you sweet angel.

We enjoyed our first grade field trip to Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas World Aquarium.

Happy Birthday Miss Haley the First!

On Saturday, April 18th, we celebrated Miss Haley Duke's first birthday. It had an adorable Sofia the First theme and was decorated in precious purple and pink decor. What a perfect afternoon of celebration. I truly love these adorable baby friendships and look forward to watching these sweet babes grow up together. To our dear sweet Haley, we loved celebrating your special day. We wish you a lifetime of wonderful adventures sweet girl. Happy Birthday! Enjoy a few photos of her birthday celebration.

Our Zellner Trip to Aggieland 4.19.15

On Sunday, we traveled to Aggieland with the babe to visit with Papa Z, Grammy, and Aunt Rachel. It was a quick visit, but filled with lots of family fun. I love these sweet opportunities away. From a delicious Potato Shack lunch, lots of baby cuddles, a trip around campus, a little afternoon rain shower, and a yummy yogurt treat, we definitely had a sweet afternoon with family. So without further adieu, I give you a fun picture post of our afternoon together.

After our stop for lunch, we decided to walk around campus. I absolutely loved all of the updates to Kyle Field. 

Inside the MSC, we came upon this adorable version of Reveille. Aubrey was in love. She gave her hugs, kisses, and of course sweet pat pats on the back.

While our visit was short, it was a fun afternoon in Aggieland with our Zellner family. What a beautiful (and hot) day, delicious eats, and fun with family. So thankful for these adorable memories.
