Day two took us to the Dallas Zoo. We may have gotten a little lost on our way downtown, but our day was full of fantastic moments, fun animal sightings, a giraffe feeding, a train ride, and lots of Zellner zoo photo opportunities with family.
I love seeing the behind the scenes during our family visit. This sweet photo says it all. Aubrey was uncle Ryan's little side kick and sweet Liam was eating up all of his sweet aunt Tassie and cousin, Kendall, attention. I also adore the relationship between the hubs and our our nephew, Jacob.
Sweet Olivia loved on her baby cousins the whole visit. Love seeing this adorable relationship grow with each visit.

After a few walks around the larger animal habitats, we made our way to the giraffes. It is always one of my favorite things to feed the giraffes and an absolute must for our family on our Zellner zoo trip.
Selfie with my giraffe friend as well as repping the nephew #73 Ranburne Bulldogs.
After visiting the giraffes, we made a special stop by the elephant statues-- a must stop photo opportunity.

We enjoyed seeing lots of fun fury and not so fury animals on our way around the park.

Oh Brother! We even snuck in a few family moments.

{We even found otters at play. My minis enjoyed watching the otters splish and splash in the water.}
After watching the animals at play from the ground view, we took to the skies and rode the train. It seemed as though all the animals were out and about as we rode the train. What a perfect ending to our afternoon at the zoo.
