26 Angels

Last week we had a lot of hustle, bustle, and to dos,
We all sat in heartache for tragedy on the news.

For 26 souls now angels above,
For the teachers who are heroes, their hearts filled with love.

For our Lord now weeping and a town full of loss,
Let's remember our Father gave his son who died on a cross.

And I pray that all people come to know him,
He gave his only son to die for our sin.

May we truly remember how grateful for our angels and Lord above,
Let's celebrate the true reason for the season...our hearts filled with love.
