Such Much Fun at Yesterland Farm

On Saturday, November 1, the husband, babe, and I packed our car for a small road trip to Yesterland Farms in Canton, TX. We met up with our Fantlet friends around noon and enjoyed a full afternoon of pumpkin patching, delicious eats, rides and games, a petting zoo, playground, and even some pig races.

While we have passed through Canton a time or two, we've never had the opportunity to stop and indulge in some of Canton's finest festivities. I absolutely loved Yesterland Farms! It was a photo opt waiting to happen. The kids had so much fun exploring the farm, playing with pumpkins, picking up corn, petting animals, and playing on the playground. Enjoy pictures of our afternoon fall fun with our Fantlet friends.

When we came upon the corn maze, I cannot explain how excited I was. I had always wanted to do one, even while knowing that my sense of direction is a little off. It was so fun and made for some cute little photos.

I do have to say this corn maze was pretty intense. It may have even taken a while off of our stroller as we pushed our way through some pretty tight areas. But all and all it was super fun!

We are so thankful for these amazing friendships and for fall afternoon adventures. We definitely had so much fun at Yesterland Farms. I'm looking forward to another visit to Yesterland Farm during the Christmas season.

Our Neightborhood Fall Family Picnic

Sunday afternoon, Daddy, Auby, and I made our way to our neighborhood's fall family picnic. It was so exciting to see all of the families and fall festivities combined for an afternoon of good ole fashion fall fun. From pumpkin patches, carving, decorating, face painting, a petting zoo, and lots of delicious eats, our little family of three had such a fun afternoon together. Poor babe was a bit tired as her nap schedule had been a bit non existent with church. So we made due. Once little miss had a sampling of a chocolate chip cookie and they turned on some sweet tunes, she was all smiles and in full on bouncing and dancing mode.

Our first stop was the small animal petting zoo. The animals included goats, baby pigs, bunnies, chickens, hamsters, and a lama. Auby usually loves animals but was a bit nervous around the sleeping goat. She was a bit unsure and definitely wanted to be held but all and all it was a fun first exposure to a petting zoo.

Within the picnic area, there was a pumpkin patch. Daddy chose the pumpkin and a few fun decorating materials. We are still at the phase of everything going into our mouth so we had to improvise a bit. She loved the colorful pom pom balls... again in her mouth;)
What a great afternoon of good eats and pumpkin treats at our neighborhood fall family picnic.

Our Precious Pumpkin at Pumpkin Village

Sunday afternoon was absolutely bright and beautiful. It was a perfect day for a family trip to the Arboretum and a fun stop at the Pumpkin Village. There were pumpkins of all shapes, colors, sizes, and even textures.

Big ones, small ones... sorry I had to break out in song a bit. But even with over 50,000 pumpkins that lined the walkways and were included in the Pumpkin Village, I have to say that our little pumpkin is the most precious.

Our family of three

This was a special trip as Oma was able to join us and spend some time with our pumpkin. Aubrey did such a great job. All the passers by had fun little comments about our little newborn.

What a great afternoon of fall fun in the pumpkin village. A time so precious spent with those we love and loving our fantastic family of three.

Duckee's 30th Birthday Dinner, Pumpkin Patching, and an Official Due Date!

This weekend was filled with so many wonderful activities. From lots of rest and relaxation, birthday celebrations with friends, fall weather activities, and so much more. This weekend among waiting on our little lady to make her official debut, gave us afternoons of a quick hospital trip, mall walking, cookie cake treats, a Breaking Bad marathon, lunch dates to Casa Ritas, Starbucks trip for a grande caramel spice, pumpkin patching, 30th birthday celebrations, and blogging opportunities. While I can't say that I feel the absolute best and am honestly just making it these last few days, it is so nice to share these special moments this weekend with sweet friends and the husband. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our weekend.
