A Halloween Play Date

Aubrey and I enjoyed a wonderful Halloween play date with Daniela and her sweet little man, baby Robert. I love that my roommate has a kiddo that is 5 days older than Aubrey. It is so fun to share these sweet moments together and know that our kids will be such sweet friends. It was an absolutely gorgeous Thursday afternoon. What a perfect day for a walk with the babes. That afternoon, we enjoyed lots of great new mama catch up and conversation, a nice walk, lunch, and of course a Halloween baby photo session. Here are a few photos from our photo session. Double Date Dinner with Daniela

This past Monday, Ray and I met up with Daniela and her husband, Robert, for a double date dinner at Blue Goose in Plano. It was a great time to catch up with sweet friends and my old roommate. We wish them luck on the closing of their first house as well as the upcoming move. I am excited that this move is bringing them closer to our side of the town and look forward to many more double dinner dates.

The beautiful bride is back from her honeymoon with a NICE piece of bling on her finger. I had such a wonderful night tonight with the new Mrs. Daniela Cox. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Blue Goose where we were able to catch up about all the previous and upcoming funtivities.

What a fun evening out with just the ladies. Daniela I look forward to many more nights out... nights of great conversation, yummy Mexican food (our top choice:), and catch up as always:)

Tonight Ray and I shared in such a beautiful night of love, fun, and wonderful celebration. What a special wedding! To the beautiful couple, Daniela and Robert, we welcome you to married life and wish you both such a wonderful adventure ahead. Here are a few fun pictures of the evening.

What a fun night of amazing celebration, fabulous food, and great tunes. I am so thankful and honored we were able to share in such a special occassion. To my old roommate, I cannot believe how quickly time flies, but am so excited for all the days to come. Welcome to your new adventures. May the honeymoon truly last forever!!!

Double Date Night @ Glorias, Puppy Pic, and More Roots!

This past Monday Ray and I met up with some sweet friends for dinner and drinks at Glorias! Daniela & Robert are such a fun couple... plus they too will be getting married within only a few short months. What a fun night with friends! We enjoyed some very delicious food, tasty drinks, and of course wonderful conversation. Plans are already in the works for some very loud and exciting Family Karaoke... I just hope that no egg throwing will be in our futures (ha! j/k Daniela) So here's to many more hang outs (probably at Mexican Food Restaurants as usual), Karaoke excursions, wedding activities (already looking forward to the upcoming bridal shower this Saturday), and hopefully some salsa dancing classes so we can show those other couples a thing or two about dancing at Glorias! ha!

Upon our return, our pups were once again just too cute... so I had to snap a photo of them being all lovey and lazy on the sofa before bedtime.

In plant news... we saw more little sprouts on our spices this morning. Wow look at it grow!

Modern Wednesday with Daniela!

This past Wednesday, my sweet friend and previous college roommate, Daniela, came over for a fun "girls night in" that included Dominoes Pizza, white wine, and of course the finale of Modern Family!

I always have such a fun time with this girl. When we met up again after college it was as though we simply were picking up from where we left off. I absolutely love it! Plus we had a fun time chatting about life and the upcoming nuptials in mid September! Oh how I love weddings... and I know that this wedding will be so special and of course absolutely beautiful! Daniela, I had such an amazing girls night in and look forward to our next big get together:)
