UP, Up, & Away Fall Festival 2014

On October 29th, The Heights Baptist Church held it's annual Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat. Our Adult Bible Fellowship's theme was UP decorated with full cardboard house, balloons, and tissue paper clouds. It was adorable if I do say so myself (great job Jenny on the house).

Even more adorable was this sweet couple, Rusty and Ali Reams and their little. I just loved their family themed costume. Not long after our arrival, we ran into our Fantlet friends. I absolutely love these babes and their mama.

Our game included a bag toss. If the child threw the bean bag into the open window or open door, they were able to get extra candy. They did receive a piece just for trying. It seemed to be a big hit for the younger kiddos.

After our volunteer time at the car, Ray, Aubrey, and I walked around the festival to look at all of the other trunks and of course some treats. It was so fun to see Auby's interactions this year. Honestly she would have been fine all night just holding candy, one in each hand, being carried and cuddled, and watching all of the passers by. But as the night grew dark, it became cooler and it was way past our babe's bedtime. We said our good-byes and ended our night at the Fall Festival. Until next years!

Crayola Trunk or Treat Fun!

Welcome to this year's Fall Festival Trunk or Treat at the Heights! Our theme was Crayola fun and we dressed up as crayons. I loved the themed box created by the Hares. Jenny and Tim did a fantastic job! Katy made the cute crayola outfits. I love the simplicity as well as the adorable idea. This was my first ever Trunk or Treat and I have to say it was super cute. I loved seeing all of the creative ideas, games, and decor pieces. The families had a blast. I of course enjoyed spending time with some of my favorite people. :)
