Our Perfectly Imperfect Life
my sunshine on a cloudy day
Loving a sense of adventure
my hearts and my world in my arms

I absolutely loved capturing these special moments with Dorothy. Hugs for my sweetest sweety as she was the best little 3 year old for the camera. We celebrated with our annual photo and dinner date at Roadhouse.

So here's to sunshine on cloudy days. To endless hugs and kisses, to the craziness and chaotic life of adulting and parenthood. Remembering that life will give you lemons and this perfectly imperfect life is part of God's amazing plan. I am so incredibly thankful for this journey and for the roads ahead. I'm definitely looking forward to the adventures along the way!

A SUGARland and SWEET Christmas 2016

For Christmas this year we made our way back to the Land of Sugar to celebrate with our families. This year we celebrated with Ray's side of the family. Every other year we are blessed to celebrate the holiday with our Alabama Zs which include my brother and sister in law as well as my two sweet nieces and nephew. While miles do separate us, spending time with our family fills my heart and re-energizes my spirit. This Christmas was made extra special as we would additionally be celebrating Liam's and baby Harper's first Christmas. While the craziness and chaos of the holiday can take over, this year we worked extremely hard to put family first. Christmas is a time of celebration, family, and the birth of Jesus. I am so thankful for the moments spent with those we love this holiday season, making cherished memories, having lots of laughs, and enjoying lots of firsts. Here's to a SUGAR(land) and SWEET Christmas in 2016!

Christmas Eve
The day before Christmas, we made our way to my sister-in-law's house for the day. As baby Harper had only arrived a few weeks before, it was a great space for relaxing, enjoying family, and loving on our newest little love and her mama.

There is always something so magical watching the love of my life hold a precious miracle. I loved seeing Ray with baby Harper. She was precious and perfect.
