Our Precious Pumpkins @ Preston Trails Farm

We had so much fun on the farm at Preston Trails this fall season. Our afternoon was filled with tractor rides, animal feedings, a super exciting hay maze, pumpkin picking, and so much more.

While not every moment was all fun and giggles for one little guy, after letting him run free and giving him a chance to feed some very hungry and very friendly goats, we were much happier.

Aubrey enjoyed picking her very special little pumpkin. She happily carried it around with her for the rest of the day.

 I loved my special time in the hay maze with this cutie. As my little guide, she loved finding her way out of the maze with her little pumpkin and horsey horse.

What a fun afternoon on the farm. It was filled with all the feels some unhappy but almost perfect! Love making memories with these faces! Another fall family fun day in the books!

Fall Festivities @ Watters Creek

Watters Creek always has fun festive outings for families. This Fall they did not disappoint. With my beautiful Belle and Superboy, we made our way out to Watters Creek Fall Festival for face painting fun, pumpkin patches, coloring, balloon animals, and fall festive crafts.

 

 We began in the patch where each kiddo picked their own pumpkin for festive crafts. Mommy might have been more excited about pumpkin patching than Mr. Superboy. He simply wanted to throw these large orange balls while sissy was not so excited to take yet another photo in the pumpkin field.

 Quickly spirits changed when we went to get our face painted. Aubrey of course decided upon a chamelion and then quickly changed it to her arm.

 Aubrey enjoyed the life-like scarecrows while little man was anything but excited to see a costumed person. Maybe next year bud.

My superboy was on the move the whole time. He enjoyed fun festive activities, but wanted nothing more than to be free and run.

It was a fun afternoon of fall festive fun. We loved seeing our sweet Cox friends. We are greatful, thankful, and blessed.

Fall Zoo Fun, Date Nights Out, Fall Family Moments, and Sillies 2017

 

This fall families from our bible study were invited to spend a  family day at the Zoo.

From furry animals, to fall family photos, a delicious lunch, and a close up with some of our zoo faves, it was surely a fun (and warm) fall day at the zoo.

I have to say feeding the giraffes is always a zoo favorite. As this was Liam's first opportunity to feed the giraffes, I couldn't help but capture many of these sweet moments on film.

Another family favorite is riding the train and enjoying great views from above. 

After our train tour, we made our way to the flamingo room for a delicious lunch. We saw lots of new animals and even got a close up and personal viewing with some of our faves. Zoo time with family and friends make for a great afternoon. Some of our bible study littles enjoyed some time of play at the children's playground at the zoo.

Parents Nights Out may be few and far between, but I adore the moments that I get to sneak away with my greatest love. I adore this man and am thankful daily for the blessing of doing life together. He is the best daddy and husband I could ever have imagined. I do love special days we get to celebrate us!

 Family Time
Being a mommy can be hard work, but it is moments like this...

 the most simple and most sweet, I am reminded of my gift of motherhood. I am thankful for the blessings of these littles and for the moments we make together. While life may have its challenges, I don't want to miss a moment celebrating the most simple. I adore this time and am thankful for the crazy and for the lazy.

You are my greatest gift and as siblings built in best friends.

Our school days are filled with fun learning, sweet friends, time with mommy and littles, and always centered around Jesus. I'm so thankful these two cuties get to hear all about their maker while growing their brains and their hearts daily. It is so fun to have these moments together and I don't want to miss a minute. I adore these precious fall photos at our preschool. I wish they could remain little forever.

Aubrey Rose, you are my heart and my biggest little love. You made me a mama. You are preciously sweet and kind-hearted. You are the sweetest even when you are defiant. You love life and are amazingly creative. You are cautious and brave. You love to talk. You are my sassy, animal and dinosaur loving, purse wearing little lady. You are empathetic and silly. You love your family. You enjoy lazy days at home in your jammies, watching movies, and spending time with your family. You like big bows, nail polish, purses, reading the bible, crafts, and legos. You are FOUR and want to do it all yourself. You make my heart smile.

Liam Owen, you are my heart and fill my soul with so much happiness. You are my rough and tumble, my cuddle bear. You have the greatest little giggle and you love to be silly. You are sneaky and fun. You are brave yet cautious. You adore your sissy and want to be so big. You love dinosaurs and cars. You love to throw and to kick. You love to run and to be free. You enjoy reading, playing, being held, running free, using more words, and loving life. You make my heart dance. I love you dear boy.
