Mad World with Stephen & the Cavaliers!

This past Monday, Ray and I traveled to Denton, TX to meet up with Ray's family to cheer on his cousin, Stephen, and the Cavaliers.

What an amazing performance!!! Different Drum and Bugle Corps from around the United States gathered to compete and it was the Cavaliers who took home first place with their version of Mad World including tunes from Full Metal Jacket, Donnie Darko, and a rendition of Charlie Chapman's... smile.

I am amazed at the dedication and passion these members have. Each and every day they travel to a new location... many times in a different state to compete... and on August 14, 2010 they will prove their skills and everything they have worked for this summer at the finals in Indianapolis!
