Girl's Weekend with my SIL and sweet Harper

This February, I enjoyed a fabulous girls' weekend with two of my sister-in-laws and my precious niece, Harper Edel. I loved getting to cuddle this adorable cutie. I am one proud Auntie! It was a preciously perfect weekend of relaxing, helping my sweet sister, facials, and spending time with several of my lady loves. Enjoy a super sweet picture post from many of our memorable moments.

Watch Liam Grow: 11 Months

Dear my Liam love,
To my littlest love. It has happened little man. Time has gotten away from me. I blinked and you are 11 months old. As I write this only a few weeks stand between us before you turn one. I cannot believe how quickly time flies, but also how certain moments have stood still. Moments when cuddling you sweet boy, moments of the happiest and most giddy little smiles, time watching you and your sister fall in love, all the newness of learning your perfect, God-given personality. You are the perfect addition to our family. You have definitely taught me so many things about being a mama, how to love deeper, how to grow stronger, how to be challenged, but so much more importantly that God has a plan for this family. You are a part of this amazing plan and we are so excited for all that is in store. We absolutely love you to pieces. Enjoy your 11 month stats.

Number of months: 11 months
Measurements: An update will be provided at 12 months/one year.
Clothing: You are wearing 18 month clothing with many way too short 12 month pieces. Honestly this crazy weather and true second child laziness has caused this mama not to have bought more but will be shortly.
EatingYou are a champ. You eat absolutely anything and everything we put before you. You actually can eat more than your 3 year old sister. You love fruits, vegetables, meats. You can even eat an entire chick-fil-a kids meal. Each morning you will eat a whole banana, oatmeal, and cheerios. You can eat an entire piece of pizza (minus the crust of course). You are an eating machine. You will still take a bit of formula throughout the day. To be honest, we will make bottles, and you may only take an oz or two at a time. You really will enjoy around your first nap and bedtime. I'm very open to moving forward with whole milk and saying good-bye to formula all together. We have also started you on a big boy cup and drinking some water throughout the day. I may usually worry about milk or water, but to be honest, you are such an eater that the doctor nor I are concerned.

Teeth: You have two bottom teeth and your top are coming in as well. They are the cutest little chunky teeth.
Sleep: You are becoming a much better sleeper. You were sleeping through the night, until you become ill due to teething. If you do wake up one night, it is usually between 1Am-3AM and it is a quick bottle and back to bed. You usually rise at 7:30AM. You take two naps a day at 10AM and 2PM. You go to bed at 7. You are definitely easy to read about sleep. Also thank you to sound machines! I also love how you and your sister really enjoy bedtime together. Now don't get me wrong. Many nights, bedtime is a true hot mess but then there are absolute perfect moments such as this.

Personality/Activities: You are full of energy and are constantly on the move. You are not quite walking yet but are pulling up, walking with everything, and are an absolute speed racer on the stairs. You love to "talk" and are making so many fun new sounds. You love to say dada (when you are happy), mama (when you are sad or need to be held), and baba (when you are hungry). Liam you love to giggle, be held upside down, and chew/hold/play with everything. You love your voice and have reached an even higher octave range lately. We are working on this. You are full of emotion. You definitely have the greatest little laugh but will also let us know when you are not happy with us. Teething has not been so fun for you sweet boy but we seem to be on the other end of that. You love to wave (to yourself), give high fives, hit, look at yourself in the mirror, and hold onto the fan cord. Your favorite thing to do is to play with your sister and have or do anything she has or is doing. It's been fun watching your sibling love grow. It's a fun dynamic and perfect age range. I'm thankful to have these special little moments together.

Likes: food, sleep, bouncing on the trampoline, holding and chewing on everything/anything, love the outdoors, splashing in the bathtub, playing with your sister, music, dancing.
Dislikes: car carriers, car rides, teething, having toys or anything taken away.

In a few short weeks sweet little, I will be writing about your first full year. We are so incredibly thankful for you sweet boy and cherish you always!
